Warhammer Novel Review and Lore: Deamon World by Ben Counter

Fantastic classic novel from Black Library and a must read for any true Lore Master. This was one of the first dozen or so books BL published and really set the bar for imaginative writing. I love it.

It explores a particularly important world within the Maelstrom and the includes one of humanities first Chaos Champions, Deamon princes, slannashii pleasure cults, renegade space marines, AI warships, word bearers and a tone of other awesome stuff. I mean they have bands of essentially vikings charging space marines in a city submerged in blood. whats not to like. Still holding out hope for some kind of sequel of call back, maybe, just maybe, the Gods will hear me.
